What is the AI Assistant in the sidebar?

That is the Help assistant — a chat that answers product questions and can look up today’s bookings and invoices, read-only. It is switched on for your first weeks, on us, and shows as included courtesy of Sweepa on your account. Commercially it is the $25 a month AI Pack, which can also add visitor chat to your public site — entirely your call later.

What is our venue code?

camperdowntennis — one word, all lowercase. It is what players will type into the Sweepa player app when it goes live, and it is already your web address: camperdowntennis.sweepa.io.

What happens to our current website?

camperdowntennis.com.au keeps running untouched. When you are ready we point it here, so players keep the address they know. Until then, share the Sweepa links for booking and programs.

Something is wrong and Help does not cover it

Reply to the welcome email — that lands with Oli directly, and it is always the right door for commercial or go-live questions. For product how-to, Help & guides is usually faster than waiting on a reply.

Q: Are real cards being charged?

Not a player’s card. Bookings, refunds and receipts are still test money. We flip player payments live together. Sweepa software billing is separate and starts 1 October, once Brendan has a payment method on file.

First: sign in

Mir and the play@ inbox are already in as owners. Brendan (CFO), Jarrad and Ariel each have their own invite — owner for Brendan, Marketing for Jarrad and Ariel. Marketing logins open Promo Tools and the public site only; they cannot see junior records or run the desk.

The venue is in payment test mode. Book, pay, cancel and refund as much as you like using the test card 4242 4242 4242 4242 with any future expiry and any CVC — once Brendan has finished Stripe Connect for the club. No real money moves, yours or a player’s, until we flip player payments live together. Sweepa software billing starts 1 October — that is a separate Stripe setup, also Brendan’s.

Already set up for you

Six courts and your hours

Courts 1 to 6 are live with your August hours — 7am starts daily, closing 10pm Monday to Thursday, 9pm Friday, 6pm Saturday, 7pm Sunday.

Your court rates

Weekday off-peak is $34 an hour, evenings from 3pm and weekends are $40. The booker quotes these automatically — the rate card lives under Settings, then Rates.

Programs, ready to fill

The class names and prices are in — Hot Shots, adult squads, privates, camps. The dated sessions are empty on purpose. Oli is available to help Mir and the marketing team get everything ready for launch on 1 October.

Competitions, ready

A Spring 2026 social season with a starter comp is in place, so fixtures and results are ready the day you are.

Gates, running now

Sweepa is live on your ICT Protege system: a booking issues a personal code for the main gates and that court. The lights are wired and planned but not yet switching — the lighting page has the full story.

Your branded site and Promo Tools

Home, booking, programs and comps are live at camperdowntennis.sweepa.io. Promo Tools is on for Jarrad and Ariel — Oli will help them get it ready for 1 October. A dedicated Australian mobile is on the package; we provision it with you — it is not live yet.

Yours to change — walk it, fix what is wrong

The website

Open Settings, then Website. Swap a photo, rewrite a line, publish — live in two minutes. If something on the site is not right, you never need to ask us to change it.

Rates

Settings, then Rates is the card the booker quotes from. Seniors and public-holiday pricing are not set up yet — tell us how you want them and we will help put them in.

Programs

Programs in the sidebar. Rename a class, fix a day or time, set a price — especially the waitlist ones, which deliberately have no sessions or prices yet.

Your team

Settings, then Team. Invite coaches and desk staff with their real emails — each gets their own login with the right level of access. This screen is owner-only, which is you.

The front door

Walk the public site as a player: home, Book, the class register, comps — on your phone. Anything that reads wrong, the three rows above are where you fix it.

Try it — ten minutes, phone in hand

1. Book a court

Once Brendan has finished Stripe Connect: open the site, hit Book, take a court for tomorrow evening. Pay with the test card 4242 4242 4242 4242 — fake money. Until then, book from Calendar in admin as staff.

2. Find it in admin

Open Calendar in admin. Your booking is on the sheet — open it, then cancel and refund it. That round trip is most of running a desk.

3. Change the site

Settings, then Website — swap one photo or fix one sentence and publish. Reload the public site: your change is live.

4. Ask Help something

Open Help & guides, type invite in the search box, follow Inviting team members — and actually invite one real staff member while you are there.

5. Check the till

Settings, then Rates — confirm $34 off-peak and $40 peak are what you want charged before players see them.

6. Look at tonight

Settings, then Access and Lighting has a Tonight panel showing the plan for the North and South banks. Reading it is the ten-minute job; switching the lights over is one for Oli and your installer.

The apps

Sweepa, for players

The player app is in final release. When it is live in the stores, players enter the venue code camperdowntennis and book from their phone. Until then the website does everything, and accounts carry over.

Sweepa Admin, for staff

Built and on its way to the App Store and Google Play — the download link lands in your email the moment staff can install it. Until then, admin runs well in a phone browser, and Settings, then Team explains the app.
